We recommend booking at least 6 to 8 weeks ahead, and earlier for popular dates like religious occasions, school holidays and Mother's or Father's Day. If there is a specific theme to your event we can discuss pottery bisques that might suit this in particular and acquire those for you if available in the timeframe. If the finished item is needed by a specific date, please let us know and we can work back from there.

Both are available. A hosted session means we come to you, your venue, or you come to us, and guide the painting together. There is still a lot of freedom to paint it your way with this option. A no-host takeaway kit is a genuine box: your piece(s), a selection of paints, brushes and simple instructions for painting in your own time, no fixed session times required. We'll make arrangements for delivery or collection with you a few days before your event. Either way, painted pieces, brushes and unused paint come back to us. Your pieces are glazed, fired and packed in our home studio, so the same turnaround applies from the date you send them back or up to 2 weeks.

A 30% deposit secures your date. It's non-refundable, but fully transferable to one new date if you let us know 7 or more days before your session. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.Cancellations with under 7 days' notice, and no-shows, are charged in full, as bisque and materials are already prepared by that point.Takeaway kits for an event you're hosting are paid in full upfront and, once packed, can't be cancelled.

If we need to cancel, for weather at an outdoor venue, illness, or anything else beyond our control, you'll get a full refund or a free rebooking, no penalty.

Yes - we run children's birthday parties, family sessions, and adult evenings such as sip-and-paint nights. Younger children may need simpler pieces and closer supervision; let us know the age range when booking and we'll suggest suitable pieces.Our hosts hold a valid enhanced DBS check.

There is only a minimum group size of 8. The maximum really depends on the room size and time available.
